Product Manager

As Product Manager you will be working alongside our Head of Product in analysing and documenting business requirements for new products, new features, and improvements to our software product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with in-house team members and clients to discuss requirements on new development tasks.
  • Assessing requirements against current functionality and database structure to ensure that all considerations are captured in the creation of the technical scope.
  • Writing clear and concise technical requirements for developers to follow including well-thought-out testing criteria.
  • Creating diagrams and workflows to visualise current and proposed business processes.
  • Participating in planning meetings to discuss requirements with the development team.
  • Working alongside our Quality Assurance team to ensure that delivery is completed to specifications.
  • Creating and upkeeping of system user guides and other user documentation.
  • Developing and conducting training/presentation sessions for internal teams on new systems, features, and processes.
  • Assisting in ensuring that development tasks comply with the company’s security and information policies.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in business analysis.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Product Manager role within a technology organisation.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to contribute to discussions around user-centric design.
  • Previous experience in working with MS SQL Server databases
  • Previous experience with the writing and management of software user guides.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
