What is Accredit Visit?
Accredit Visit is a visitor and contractor management solution, built for controlled environments such as stadiums and large venues. As part of the Accredit platform and powered by Accredit OS, it delivers secure, structured access and full visibility across every visit.
Invite and pre-register guests, manage time-based access, and streamline check-in for both scheduled and walk-in visitors. Fully integrated with your wider accreditation system, Accredit Visit scales easily while maintaining control, accountability, and efficiency.
How do I invite visitors with Accredit Visit?
Admins invite visitors using a calendar-based view within the Accredit platform. Required details, approval steps and time-based zone access are defined upfront. Visitors receive a secure email invitation with a unique registration code.
How does check-in work for invited visitors?
Invited visitors arrive on-site and use the visitor check-in portal on a reception tablet or their own phone. They scan their registration QR code or input their code to retrieve their registration, confirm their details, and check in. You will receive an automatic notification when visitors arrive, and badges can be printed automatically or manually.
Can walk-in visitors without invitations check themselves in?
Yes. Non-invited visitors can use the same check-in portal to input their information (name, email, organisation, photo, etc.) and select their host from a list of team members in the system. The host receives an automatic notification when their guest arrives, and badge printing is configurable depending on your requirements.
What kind of access control does Accredit Visit support?
Accredit Visit works with the Accredit Access Control app which operates on android or apple devices or can connect directly to existing access control systems. Visitor credentials – whether QR codes, digital passes, or badges – can be integrated with your existing access control infrastructure, ensuring access is granted only to approved areas, at approved times. Through API integrations, Accredit Visit connects with leading access control providers, synchronising visitor data, permissions, and status in real time. In addition, Accredit offers its own mobile access control app, enabling teams to validate and manage access on the ground with flexibility and control. The result is secure, real-time, and fully integrated visitor access across your site.
