Our API Suite

Contact Management API Suite

Integrates with workforce management, registration or booking, and membership scheme providers, as well as player and team software. Third parties can manage contacts from their own system for secure accreditation. The data flows seamlessly into the accreditation systems for pass production, identity and background checks. You can:

  • Insert, update and sync contact profiles with full details and documents
  • Register and cancel event or game registrations
  • Offboard contacts for GDPR compliance
  • Schedule interview visits and create profiles
  • Re-register candidates for induction training post-interview
  • Assign staff to event day roles, e.g., bar staff
  • Handle cancellations (e.g., sickness) and replacements

Access Control API

Access control, turnstile, gate or ticketing providers, and incident management platforms can integrate their access control software and hardware with our accreditation software, allowing users to:

  • Authenticate API users via token validation
  • Query barcodes, QR codes or external identifiers for access verification
  • Return yes/no decisions based on credential system rules (time, zone, type, status)
  • Provide identification (name, photo, role)
  • Download credentials for offline mode
  • Retrieve area and zone configurations from our accreditation system
  • Sync areas or zones matching secure site layouts
  • Cache your authorised personnel list for offline operation during high-traffic periods
  • Process multiple access methods (QR codes, RFID, biometrics, ePass)
  • Enable automated turnstile or gate operation when verified
  • Provide security guards with clear allow or deny decisions at checkpoints.

Get API Suite

Third parties can integrate systems to receive or ‘get’ data from the Accredit platform. Enables controlled third-party system integration to retrieve specific accreditation data subsets on demand. This includes the ability to:

  • Authenticate via API token to access custom field sets based on user permissions
  • Extract any data from our accreditation system (matrix roles, event schedules, organisations, contacts, applications)
  • Query using multiple identifier fields (date, visit, event day, contact ID, registration number, attendee type, status, surname, print status, email, or last updated timestamp)
  • Receive target data payloads based on query parameters

This API is used by partners offering CRM or workforce systems to

  • Export contact data for payroll, marketing, and compliance systems
  • Sync accreditation roles with workforce management platforms
  • Retrieve event registration and application data for reporting and monitoring
  • Extract media credentials for portal access provisioning
  • Generate attendee lists with dietary requirements for catering
  • Pull role-based groups (e.g., VIPs) for logistics planning, like transport arrangements
