EAS Accredit has gained an outstanding reputation for provided tailored, intelligent accreditation systems and services across a wide range of industry sectors around the world.
The United Nations, USA/Switzerland
EAS was initially approached in 2004 by then-UN Secretary General Kofi Annan’s team to manage delegate entry onsite at the UN Headquarters in New York for a series of high profile summits. The triennial Global Compact Leaders Summit saw C-level VIP executives from the Fortune 500 companies gather in New York (2004) and Geneva (2007). Following the success of the 2004 event, EAS was employed to develop and manage the entire visitor management process for the 2007 event, including development of the website, issuing invitations, event and hotel booking management, as well as onsite fulfilment.
Having successfully delivered onsite delegate entry for the 2004 event, EAS was called upon in a much larger capacity for the 2007 event. EAS worked closely with both the UN event management team and the UN security teams from Geneva, Austria and the US. Both events proved highly successful and, as per the pre-defined goal, we were able to pass the project back to the UN’s internal security teams seamlessly. Building on these experiences, EAS has more recently built the Accreditation system and managed the accreditation project for the United Nation’s Irena Projects based in Abu Dhabi.
