17 June 2019, London, UK: Accredit Solutions has today launched the Accredit Client Resource Centre, an online portal developed to provide a 24/7 knowledge hub to it’s expanding client base around the world.
Available to Accredit Solutions’ customers, the Client Resource Centre will allow users to submit questions to the account management team, search FAQs and browse video tutorials and short articles containing step-by-step instruction on how to use the software and get the most out of the Accredit platform.
“The Accredit platform is extremely intuitive to use, but if you are new to accreditation, or have questions about a part of the system, using the Client Resource Centre in addition to working alongside our dedicated client and account managers will offer our new and existing clients rich and in-depth experiences with the Accredit Platform from the first onboarding through to the hundredth event,” says Peder Berg, CEO and Co-Founder of Accredit Solutions.
Having recently appointed a new Client Support Manager in London, a Key Account Manager in Melbourne and a Project Manager in Dubai with vast experience in major games technology, this is another business development aimed to benefit a rapidly expanding client base around the world, including stadiums, sporting federations, government departments and major entertainment and event organisers.
