We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming training series designed to help your team work in the NFL credential platform with efficiency and independence.
This year’s sessions place a stronger emphasis on empowering client admins with deeper knowledge of tools, permissions, and workflows so your team can operate more effectively day-to-day.
Most sessions are refresher courses for existing Client Admin users, but there will be a session for new Client Admins and RO Admins as well.
Training Focus
Across these sessions, we’ll cover:
- Client Admin role permissions and responsibilities
- RO Admin role permissions and responsibilities
- Managing Data:
- Printing workflows and wristband allocation
- Advanced tools including:
- Matrix usage
- Communication templates
- Email constants
- Organization and user management
- Access control configurations, game day troubleshooting and issue resolution
Who Should Attend
- Client Admins
- Client admins are responsible for sharing information with their Tier Admins & RO Admins. RO admins often have team-specific or operational questions that cannot be answered by Accredit. The best approach is for client admins to attend the trainings, understand the process, and then pass that knowledge on to their RO admins.
- There are system guides to support their training.
- Operational staff supporting access control and reporting
- This can include anyone that is responsible for game day scanning configurations, testing, and resolution.
While we encourage you to attend all sessions relevant to your role, especially the admin-focused trainings for a more comprehensive understanding of system capabilities, all sessions will be recorded, and supplementary documentation will be provided.
