Accredit-GO and COVID-19 Tools
Accredit Solutions, has been awarded a substantial grant by the UK’s Sustainable Innovation Fund
to complete development of Accredit-GO; pandemic response and health tracking software that sports clubs, venues and live events around the world, can use to operate in closed door, limited capacity or business-as-usual scenarios in a safe and sustainable manner.
Accredit-GO has been developed as an extension of Accredit’s award-winning accreditation platform. Those using the software can now ensure their staff and contractors are safe to be in their workspace by inviting them to submit medical and travel information before they attend shifts; submit health passports or vaccination certificates; implement dynamic rules to assess risk, automate entry permissions and e-passes; manage capacities by controlling access; and implement track and trace by recording exactly who, where and when, someone has been in their space.
Collect useful information
You might want to know if your workers have knowingly been in close contact with someone who has had the virus, undertaken international travel, are symptomatic, or have already tested positive. Add these questions and request temperature readings, medical information and documents to your application forms, allowing you to reject those that may pose a health risk.
Invitations and notifications
Send out invitations and notifications to your workforce and contractors to submit certain information daily, to communicate detailed instructions for the event such as procedures they need to follow at the venue, and any inductions they need to undertake prior to arrival.
Issue vaccine passports
There is no doubt that vaccine passports could be the ‘way back’ for sporting fixtures and live events. Governments may demand it. Staff and visitors may expect it. If attendees need to prove that they have had a vaccine to enter your event, are you ready?
A key component of Accredit-GO is the ability for users to submit medical information and vaccination certificates as part of the accreditation process. Dynamic rules automate the analysis of this data, before assigning entry permissions and entry passes.
Track and trace with access control
Scan all passes with Accredit’s Access Control App at each control point to give you a record of exactly who has been where and at what time – vital if someone at the event tests positive and you need to trace those with whom they have been in close contact.
Social distancing may mean you have to limit the number of people you have in particular areas, set access zones and put a limit on the number of applications that can be approved for each area to avoid overcrowding. Set access by groups so only people who need to be in the areas are, and link this with access control scanning to control movement and adhere to social distancing rules.
