Cricket West Indies (CWI) is a governing body comprising of the six cricket associations of Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, the Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago and the Windward Islands. In total, it covers 15 member states and dependencies.

CWI needed a system to manage accreditation for stakeholders across multiple regions. The previous accreditation operation was required to be duplicated in each region. This resulted in a very labour driven approach, which was very time consuming and relied heavily on resources.
