At Brentford Community Stadium, we use Accredit Solutions for Accreditation and Access Control for both Brentford FC and London Irish RFC matches. By using Accredit Solutions, we ensure a secure stadium for all matchday operations and management of attendance for all staff, contractors and sports teams.

It is extremely beneficial as it provides us with compete awareness of who is in the stadium and it allows us to control access to areas to protect our teams, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Added benefits include incorporating a COVID-19 health questionnaire into our accreditation process, no paper handling and an easy and efficient system that allows more time to focus on other areas of our operation.

We contracted Accredit Solutions to be our credential software provider for the 2021 World Table Tennis Championships in Houston, Texas. The Accredit Solutions team were very helpful with working through and understanding our needs, they identified solutions, and offered a quick turnaround to create a customized system that worked well for our event. The customer support team was very hands on with our staff and always made themselves available quickly when we needed to setup a phone call or arrange additional training. They quickly uploaded our event privilege matrix and designed it exactly how we had envisioned. Extra to setting up the system, they even went out of their way to help us identify a printing company for our credential badges. It is not easy to find a credential software company that could manage the level of detail we required for this event, with the variation in event personnel roles, access zones, meal options for attendees, barcode scanning capabilities, etc. but Accredit Solution USA was able to fulfill all the requirements we had, and their customer service is excellent! We will definitely be using them again!

ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 (CWC19) was the biggest event to take place in the UK with 58 matches taking place across 11 venues over a 6-week period across England and Wales. This tournament presented logistical challenges for accreditation as venue capacities varied and therefore the scale of workforce required, and resources available fluctuated. Accredit Solutions provided the accreditation system to enable us to accredit over 35,000 people for the tournament, many of whom had to go through a security background check. They provided an accreditation platform that we could configure to our tournament requirements to aid different venues and client groups and in addition help deliver RFID scanning the first time ever at an ICC Cricket World Cup. The Accredit Solutions team were always available and proactive in supporting CWC19 accreditation to resolve any unforeseen challenges which contributed to making the accreditation project a major achievement and a pleasure to be a part of a successful team.

Accredit’s real strength lies in the quality of the people and the support that they’ve given to me and the Scottish Rugby team in what’s been a unique and very challenging year. Their efforts have created a Scottish Rugby accreditation system that is super-easy to use, has reduced the time spent on our pre Matchday accreditation, and has brought a real simplicity to the Scottish Rugby accreditation process. As a result, our team can now be much more pro-active in dealing with enquiries, and have far more time to focus on hands-on operations each matchday.

Accredit set-up the system quickly and on time, to our specific security and operational needs, so we were all set for the first Six Nations International at Murrayfield. The system we previously used to use was very basic. It required a lot of manual work and was essentially just spreadsheet based. Accredit are streets ahead. The implementation went very smoothly – we started the tender process in the summer and the software was all up and running for our first game in September.
