CloudOps Engineer
Location: India, Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Working hours: 8am – 5pm IST (02hr30 – 11hr30 UTC) Monday to Friday & occasional weekend cover. These hours may shift temporarily by an hour during events.

Job Purpose:
To perform DevSecOps & CloudOps functions to support the Accredit Solutions SaaS global platform ensuring it is always available and secure.
To be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our AWS infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. This role is critical in supporting our development and operations teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the existing multi-region cloud environment on sizing, backup and recovery, performance management, tuning and patching servers and remediating Security findings.
- Continuously monitor system performance and availability, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CDKTF, Terrascan, Terraform Docs, CloudFormation for efficient infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Monitor, identify, mitigate, and troubleshoot AWS and challenging migration/upgrade issues.
- Database maintenance for RDS instances, including sizing and provisioning, index maintenance and monitoring of logs and database alarms.
- Support the application development teams with any performance issues.
- Maintain CloudWatch and Datadog alerts to monitor existing architecture.
- Cost Management & Optimization: Track usage, analyze costs, and make recommendations to optimize cloud spend.
- Respond to and resolve incidents promptly (including scheduled out of hours), performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement SecOps automation and runbooks to enhance security operations, streamline incident response, and ensure compliance
Skills:
- Expert level AWS experience in a DevOps role designing, developing, testing, integrating, and deploying and migrating mission critical applications and services to AWS environment(s).
- 3 to 5 Years experience of hands-on AWS experience implementing, migrating, managing, and operating systems/applications to AWS environments.
- Advanced knowledge of RDS, EC2, FSx, AWS Backup, System Manger, CloudWatch monitoring and alerts, AWS storage, S3 Buckets, Load Balancing, Route 53, AWS GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub.
- Advanced level knowledge & experience working in .NET development environment using C# and SQL Server.
- Advanced level experience working with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Advanced level experience working with Windows and Linux Server.
- Experience working with Containers
- Experience working with Jenkins
- Experience working with Powershell scripting
- Experience of implementing scaling of AWS servers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor other members of the team.

Senior Marketing Executive

We’re scaling rapidly and are looking for a Marketing Executive to help us build pipeline, elevate our brand, and support our growth across new markets.
The role:
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be instrumental in delivering campaigns, optimising marketing channels, and tracking performance to drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident, creative, and proactive marketer looking to make an impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of the marketing strategy via multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and webinars.
- Content Creation: Write and manage content for blogs, case studies, social posts, and landing pages – ensuring tone and messaging are consistent with our brand.
- Website Management: Update and optimise our website via CMS, ensuring content is relevant and conversion-focused.
- Lead Generation: Help deliver marketing qualified leads through campaigns, CRM workflows, and landing page optimisation.
- CRM and Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM, ensuring data cleanliness, de-duplication, and segmentation integrity to support effective marketing efforts.
- Collateral Creation: Develop a range of support materials – including case studies, one-pagers, how-to guides, and playbooks – for both internal enablement and external marketing use.
- Events & Webinars: Assist in planning and promoting online and in-person events, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance across channels and provide actionable insight using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
About you
- 3-5 years’ marketing experience in a B2B environment (SaaS, tech, or event/security industries preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics
- A proactive mindset – willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck in
- Passionate about driving results and working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative flair and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in/around the sports, events, or security industries
- Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva
