Secure log in for Administration users
Accredit Elite provides a dedicated secure log in page to all users of the system. The log in page can be branded to your specifications’ look and feel with use of a high resolution image to represent the event. In addition, to boost security, Accredit Elite provides a standard forgotten password button for those who have misplaced their password and provides the option of single sign on and a 2-factor authentication process using SMS via mobile.
Accredit Elite provides up to unlimited user licences. User licences allow your multiple event administrators the ability to access the system simultaneously should there be a need for staff to be operating at the same time regardless of location or time zone. As the system is web based, any changes to data within the system made in real time will be updated instantly.
Accredit Elite provides up to unlimited user roles to manage user permissions for your unique event. User roles can range from full system access as an Event Administrator to limited read only access for part-time or restricted personnel. Permissions can be set my event department such as media, workforce, security, making sure that the users only see the data that is relevant to them. User permission can also control the actions which are performed within the platform such as approvals, printing and exporting of data.
Event Set Up
As part of Accredit Elite, Accredit Solutions will work with you to customise the set-up of your version of the system. Accredit Elite supports an unlimited number of events and matrix’s. Our expert team will work with you to make to ensure highly efficient workflows for your accreditation data. Our team will ensure event specific information is ready to go, responsible organisations are loaded with your event roles and zones are configured so that when your applications begin to arrive into the system, the right role and zones are assigned automatically.
A powerful tool for large scale or multiple events in the Accredit Elite platform allowing your large number of stakeholders to register and manage data for your event(s) in one place through a defined registration process. Register Accreditation data manually, by invite on a singular or bulk basis, by re-use of past data or through import of an excel spreadsheet including documents and photos. Review submitted information and submit for approval or cancel applications. Utilising the tools available within the responsible organisation portal to ensure registrations and managing data is carried out efficiently and accurately.
Use Accredit Elite to ensure that your event data remains clean of any duplicates. Identify potential duplicates within the system, compare and merge data where necessary.
QA Mode – Document Checker
Search and sort data by a range of fields including name, event role, registration status. Use the Accredit QA mode to review data and ID documentation. Cross reference on the interface and update information during the QA process. Approve and decline Accreditation requests by a single click of a button. Where required submit records after review to third parties including vetting partners for security checks or government and police for visa and full background checks. (See API Addons)
Automated and Custom Emails and SMS
Communication on a large-scale event is key, use Accredit Elite to send automated and customised notifications to applicants straight from the system. Send automated notifications for invitations to register to applicants, accreditation statues, as well customisable emails, and SMS to communicate general event information and instructions.
Reports and Export data
Set up customised and save reports parameters to review data within Accredit Advanced. Use the reporting tool to create bespoke reports to look at all or select range of data fields. Export all the data received for your event. Customise the exports to review, report and verify information.
Accreditation Printing and Electronic Passes
Accredit Elite supports an unlimited number of badge designs and can output to any badge type and hardware of your choosing, as well as utilising your choice of technology including barcode, QR code to RFID. Accredit Elite also produces electronic passes which can be emailed or saved to Apple or Google wallets.
